Thanks everyone!

You guys rule. Seriously. We knew there would be a good turnout at the show the other night but we had no idea that so many of you would come out specifically to see us. Apparently about 100 of you left right after we finished which is super exciting and completely unexpected. In total, there were over 525 people crammed into the Dickson Theater and according to the owner, that is the most people that have ever been in there at once. Check out the photo to the left that Bryan Moats captured. If you wanna see more, then visit Bryan’s Flickr page. Thanks again. Now we really want to play another show soon…

We’re Back…

January 2, 2006

We’re doing all we can to get back in action. For starters, we’ve got this new website you’re looking at right now. Feel free to leave us comments under each post if you wanna. As for the links at the top of the page not working yet, well, they just don’t. We wanted to get the page up and running ASAP so there will be some waiting when it comes to the Music, Photos, Bio and Contact sections.
Andrew just finished a run with Aqueduct but still lives about a million miles away so we’ve got a new drummer behind the kit. His name is Tim Campbell and you might just recognize him if you saw him. He currently plays drums in The Good Fear and Fulton but has also played with The All-American Rejects and Skirt.
Aaron is living in Kansas City and is about to release yet another record with his band The New Tragedies. To make up for Aaron’s absence, we’ve managed to convince long-time friend Dustin Bartholomew to join the band on piano, guitar and vocals. He played on “Plans for the Past” so he’s definitely not a stranger. Dustin also plays in The Good Fear and Fulton and used to play in Skirt with Tim.
To round things out, Jason Rich has also joined the band on guitar and lap steel. Besides being an original member of The Good Fear, Jason is currently recording and touring with The New Amsterdams. We couldn’t be any more honored to have such incredible talent amongst us.
The rest of us (Bryan, Michelle & Todd) are still here and we’re definitely excited about playing again so keep your eyes and ears open for upcoming show dates. Thanks for checking in!
